Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology with a PhD in view, he has demonstrated a consistent commitment to academic excellence and professional growth.

At a young age, Sylvester distinguished himself by achieving high academic honors and contributing to significant engineering projects. His early career includes positions such as General Manager at Solar Start Ltd and Graduate Trainee at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, where he excelled in solar installation and HVAC maintenance.

One of the recipient of the Amazon Web Credits from Vatebra Tech Hub for business support, Sylvester has received multiple awards for excellence in research and technology development, including recognition from the Nigerian Export Promotion Council and the Young Africa Works initiative.

He is an advocate for and expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in STEM. He has contributed significantly to changing the narrative of underrepresentation in STEM through various educational and training programs. An honoree of the Transforming Nigerian Youths Program by the Mastercard Foundation, Sylvester is a renowned speaker in STEM, with a remarkable ability to connect with his audience.
